Learn the steps to upload conversation files into PeopleQX.
Need to add files into the sub-unit for evaluation? You’ll find the function on the ‘Evaluations’ page. Select ‘+ Upload conversation file’.
You’ll be directed to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Not to worry, your account on GCP will already be created with your TDCX email address and credentials provided for you to log in.
Once logged in, the page displays a list of folders belonging to sub-units assigned to you, as per FLASH Home.
- These folders are known as ‘Buckets’ in the interface. Select a bucket to upload conversation files.
- Click on ‘Upload files’ and follow the steps.
Ensure that your files are in MP3 or WMA formats and that the audio settings are optimum for processing. The uploaded files will then be cleaned up (e.g. remove dead air, background noise) and saved into the bucket, ready for evaluation.
