Confirm audio and category settings in scorecard building and evaluation for selected sub-units.
This article supports Super User and Supervisor roles only.
Before tweaking the ideal audio experience or selecting categories for a scorecard, you must confirm the sub-units these settings will apply.
To access settings, click your profile icon from any page you can see. A drop-down menu will be displayed and you can select ‘Evaluation settings’.
You will be directed to the list of functional units according to what is assigned to you in FLASH Home. The list displays:
- Name of functional unit
- Date the functional unit was added into PeopleQX
- Number of conversation files
- Gear ⚙ icon to access the sub-units
Select a functional unit, click on the gear ⚙ icon to determine the sub-units to apply ‘Audio’ and ‘Categories’ settings and ‘Confirm’ them.
