This article supports Super User and Supervisor roles only.
Scorecard templates provide a quicker way to get evaluations started as questions are tried and tested to work well with AutoQA. Templates are a go-to for builders who have a scorecard structure and questions that are closely similar to a template.
Upon accessing the scorecard builder, go with the ‘Use template’ method.
You’ll see a list of scorecard templates on the top left of the page. Click on any to display a preview of its contents. Upon deciding, select ‘Use template’.
You will then be prompted to rename the scorecard template. Assign it to the respective functional unit and sub-unit by selecting from the drop-down menu then ‘Create’ the scorecard.
Your scorecard is technically ready although you might want to go through the questions to edit what is required — read more about adding questions here.
What if you prefer to customize a scorecard? You’d want to start on the right track.
