How to use pre-written questions or write them in the system when customizing a scorecard.
This article supports Super User and Supervisor roles only.
PeopleQX provides the flexibility of building scorecards tailoring to the needs of the functional units under your purview. In building your own, there are two ways to get started, so let’s go through how these work.
Naturally, you’ll select ‘Build your own’ from the scorecard builder page.
Name the scorecard accordingly. Use the drop-down menu to select the respective functional unit and sub-unit before you ‘Create’ it.
Next, you’ll be presented with two options to add questions.
- Importing pre-written questions and benchmark scores
If you have questions in another source, they can be transferred to our Manual QA form and uploaded to be populated into the system. The most important point to note is that pre-written content must be contained in the designated Manual QA form, otherwise, it won’t work.
Upload the Manual QA form from a selected source.
A preview of your form will be displayed and you can select ‘Continue’ for content to be populated.
Upon confirming to use of the Manual QA form, the questions will be populated in the system and this is an illustration of how it would appear.
📌 If your Manual QA form contained benchmark scores as well, you’ll find them in the test questions phase, as you move through the building process.
2. Add questions directly
Without pre-written questions, you would start at ‘+ Add section’.
Name the section and determine if it is critical by switching the toggle. ‘+ Add’ it to the scorecard.
Now, you can begin to add questions or explore the option of starting with a scorecard template.
