How to add pre-written questions and benchmark scores to the Manual QA form to be populated into the system.
This article supports Super User and Supervisor roles only.
In situations where you already have some questions in a scorecard, you can transfer or import them into PeopleQX by using the Manual QA form. This form is available if you’re creating a scorecard from scratch. Naturally, you’ll select ‘Build your own’ from the scorecard builder page.
Create the scorecard by naming and assigning it to the respective units.
This is followed by options to add questions. Select ‘Upload file’.
Let’s say you do not yet have the Manual QA form, go ahead and download one here.
The form is a Microsoft Excel sheet that is formatted to work with PeopleQX. It is organized into 4 parts and here’s how to use the form:
| Parts | Description |
| ‘Scorecard name’ ‘Date created’ |
These details are taken from scorecard creation and automatically populated into the form. |
| Question requirements |
This column is in yellow and describes the elements of a question, some of which are optional. Call samples for testing are pre-selected from the assigned sub-unit. You can remove any from the list and add another one. |
| Examples | This gray column contains guidelines to assist your content input. |
| Content |
This column in white is for adding your pre-written questions and benchmark scores (if any). You can add more columns to fit your content needs. Some fields require only a Yes / No answer and you can select from the dropdown menu. |
📌Do be reminded not to modify the content in question elements and examples as it could cause issues while the content is being populated into the system.
