This is likely that input in your Manual QA form do not match the fields in the system.
You can transfer questions and benchmark scores from another source to be easily populated into the PeopleQX system — just put the content into the Manual QA form.
Should you see this error message, it means that inputs in the form were incomplete or did not match the fields in the system. Some examples of issues include:
- Category(s) not added.
- Category(s) not listed for the sub-unit you’re assigning this scorecard to.
- Missing target score
- Invalid input type e.g. letters in place of numbers
Nevertheless, you can choose to upload the form and in the preview, the error is identified. You can use the preview as a guide to correct the issues and reupload the Manual QA form or continue for the content to be populated and fix the issues in the system.
