This is likely that you uploaded a different file that did not meet the requirements in the Manual QA form.
A Manual QA form is for importing pre-written questions from an external source into the PeopleQX system. You would encounter this error due to one or more of the following reasons:
- File size exceeded 1MB
- Uploading an invalid file — the system only recognizes this form
- Duplicated call sample(s)
- Call sample(s) file(s) in the form do not exist in the sub-unit
- Issues with the question e.g. benchmark scores with no corresponding question, skipped questions, field is empty
